IEBD Consulting ESG Statement

As the CEO of IEBD Consulting, I am deeply committed to conducting my business in an environmentally, socially, and ethically responsible manner. Recognising the impact of ESG factors, I strive to integrate sustainability and responsible practices into every aspect of my business operations.

I am dedicated to minimising the environmental footprint of my business. This includes conscious efforts to reduce energy consumption, implement sustainable waste management practices, and explore opportunities for carbon footprint reduction, even within the confines of a home office.

IEBD Consulting conducts its work on behalf of its clients either through working at the client’s office or by providing advice and other deliverables from my home office. In either case I seek to:

  • Ensure that all my activities are carried out with as little detriment to the environment as possible, using the best available techniques that safeguard the environment and promote sustainable development.
  • Encourage environmental awareness both within my own workspaces and those developments recommended to our clients, with the aim of reducing wastage and the unnecessary consumption of natural resources.
  • Comply with current best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Plan my activities to minimise and avoid pollution to the environment as far as is possible and nuisance to third parties.
  • Reduce my consumption of natural resources where operationally feasible.
  • Maximise sustainability measures in my advisory work and workplaces by promoting the reduction of water and energy use, reducing material waste, and maximising recycling.
  • Reduce my environmental impact when delivering assignments by using sustainable methods of transport where possible and the use video call facilities.
  • Operate the business by complying with applicable environmental legislation, government guidelines and approved codes of practice.

As a sole trader, I promote creating a workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion. Fair labour practices are fundamental, and I actively seek ways to engage with and positively impact my local community through various initiatives.
